Privacy Policy
Effective date: December 30, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Mathify collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Service").
We provide the Service primarily for parents/guardians and their children. If you are a parent/guardian, you control the account and the information associated with your child's profile.
Mathify is a Canada-based service offered under the Mathify brand.
Information We Collect
- Account info (such as name, email, and authentication identifiers) when you sign up or sign in.
- Student profile info you enter (such as a child's nickname/grade) and learning progress (assignments, answers, mastery, and activity).

- Process subscriptions, billing, and refunds.
- Personalize learning experiences and show progress to parents.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Communicate with you about the Service and support requests.

How We Share Information
We may share information in limited circumstances, including:
- With service providers that help us run the Service (for example, authentication, hosting, customer support, and payment processing).
- To comply with law or respond to lawful requests (for example, a court order).
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

We do not sell personal information.
Children's Privacy
The Service is designed to be used with parent/guardian involvement. Parents/guardians can review, update, or request deletion of their child's information by contacting support@mathify.com.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without a parent/guardian account and consent.
Data Retention & Security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact support@mathify.com.
You can also request account deletion by contacting us. We may retain certain information as required or permitted by law (for example, to complete transactions, comply with tax obligations, or prevent fraud).
International Transfers
We may store and process information in the United States and Canada, and through service providers in other jurisdictions. These locations may have different data protection laws than your location.
