I can't sign in / I'm locked out.

Try signing in with the same method you originally used (Google, email link, etc.). If it still doesn't work, email us with the address you tried to use.

How do refunds work?

We offer a 7-day refund window for your initial purchase. Details are in our Terms & Conditions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If self-serve cancellation is available in your account, you can cancel from your billing settings. Otherwise, email us and we'll help.

My child's progress looks off.

Progress updates depend on completing practice sessions and lesson checks. If something looks wrong, email us the student name (or nickname) and what you expected to see.

Something is broken or a question seems wrong.

Please include a screenshot and what device/browser you're using so we can fix it quickly.
